Receptionist (Lori) was very very rude. I asked if she had time to answer just a couple of questions and she hesitated and told me she really didn’t have time and asked me what it was for. I told her what it was for and she still told me she really didn’t have enough time but was in a rush to get off the phone with me because she didn’t want to answer my questions. She also kept interrupting me while i was talking to her. I told her if she was too busy she could have handed the phone to someone else so I could talk to them. (I am in a dental assistant program and asked her two questions that I was assigned to ask). She was just very rude to me on the phone. I could’ve been a costumer asking questions trying to make an appointment would definitely not want to work there or go there period for myself.
The doctors are wonderful, and staff is very polite and helpful. Both of my children's smiles are beautiful. Would recommend to anyone!
I found the receptionist to be very rude as she insulted my mothers looks and her age. She said that she had seen women that looked better than her at her age. My mother is a very sensitive woman and I will not stand for this.To the receptionist I say that my mother carried five children, and she is stronger than you will ever be, so don’t you dare insult her.
