My father was in a car accident & needed to return home. I call & they didn't have a direct route to his destination, but instead of thinking to find a transfer hub, which to me is the next logical thought, I had to suggest it. I found them, two different people, acting put out for doing extra work, finding them quite unfriendly. In this time that was already stressful I found them clearly lacking in customer service. One would think that good service would be paramount to getting repeated customers.
