I started looking for a new vehicle 2 years ago. At first I was looking at a GMC Terrain but after test driving one, it didn't feel comfortable. Trying to find a vehicle that I can fit in comfortably is tough being 6'5" 280. I saw a promotion for test driving at Jenkins Subaru so I thought I'd give it a try. After test driving the Legacy, I knew that's the one I wanted. The buying process was quick and simple. Every time I've gone in with a problem or just a regular maintenance, it's been quick and the staff has always been friendly.
Extremely pleased with every facet of my experience there. Not just sale (Jennifer, who is awesome), but Jason, Stacy and everyone in service and parts. I've been treated better at Jenkins than any dealer. They don't forget you after the sale but follow up to make sure you're satisfied; they didn't push and let me make the decisions and they were very honest with me with the plusses and minuses of my choices. I'm extremely pleased that they could get me into the very car I wanted and I didn't have to settle with a less than what I wanted. Absolutely no "buyer's remorse" here. Highly recommended.
