I had a good chat with one of the front desk guys while I was waiting. He was a sweet dude. I overheard a couple conversations with other customers and they treated each respectfully and kindly. Overall, I had a good experience amidst a stressful car situation.
It took about two hours on a Sunday to get to put all four tires on, balance then, and do the alignment. Seemed reasonable to me.
Friendly positive customer service. They do stay busy so may take time for service but quality is what they provide. Provide honest options and are clear on what they can or cannot do. While no one wants to spend time and money on fixing their car at least the guys there make you smile and feel confident the work will be done right
My balding front tires took a turn for the worse on a long drive down to Charlotte, NC. I had to replace them. I enjoyed these guys. They recommended I replace all four tires and they gave me a buy 3, get one free deal if I got the alignment which I hadn’t done in a two years.
A group of us were on our way to the beach When we unexpectedly had to stop for tires . We pulled in and everyone was extremely nice . We didn't have an appointment and they told us they'd get us in as fast as they could . We were in and out within 40 mins ! Extremely thankful for the guys there .
I have heard good and bad about NTB. I had original planned to buy tires and and get an alignment for my 2015 Jeep Patriot at Country Club Chrysler in Clarksburg, WV, my dad orders me tires from Sam's Club. Sam's Club only sales and installs tires, windshield wipers and batteries. Sam's Club does not do alignment, good luck finding a garage that does alignments after getting tires at Sam's Club. Make plans ahead before buying tires at Sam's Club. After I'd got my tires at Sam's Club, no other shops were able to do alignments later that afternoon, so I'd stopped at NTB at Meadowbrook Mall to see about their alignment services, they told me that they could alignment my Jeep, ASAP. I'd kept my fingers crossed, they aligned my Jeep and drove like new. I would give this place another chance, if you had bad experiences with NTB in the past. I recommend NTB for ASAP emergency, special, temporary and last minute auto repairs and maintenance.
I spent over $500 on brand new tires at NTB, a month later I accidentally ran over a nail and it tore my tire beyond repair. The manager Larry Scheuvront helped me get a new tire almost for free, I only had to pay installation fees. He was so kind and genourous to have helped me out in my troubled times. I wish I could give NTB six stars, because of their amazing services. I highly recommend.
