Hair stylists were more interested in their friends who were visiting from other stores. Had great and immediate service from Regis right across from it.
SPENT $200 AND MY HAIR IS RUINED!!!!! PLUS I FELT THREATENED. Karly did my hair and did two process in one day and the color still didn't come out right... but she said she couldn't do anything about it because she was suppose to be off at 4pm and now it was 5 pm. When she rang me up I asked her to explain the receipt to me because I didn't think it was my issue that she had to do two process on my hair to give me what I wanted when Ive done what I wanted many times. She got extremely rude with me. I asked for a manager and she wasn't there... so she got called and she said to only charge me for one process. The total came out to the same price as the price before. I asked how that was possible.... Anna jumped in and said to have the cops called because I wasn't going to pay and that I was disturbing other customers when I was simply asking to have the receipt explained to me. I told Anna to tend to her customers and let Karly deal with her own.. She didn't. She continued to say to call the cops ... and then she told me if I didn't have the money, not to come get my hair done. I got mouthy because she doesn't know my life and told her that I probably had more money than she did and I don't even have to work. She walked up but continued to say to call the cops. I ignored her. I told Karly that I never said I wasn't going to pay I just wanted to have it explained to me. I paid and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE. THEY ARE RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND I FELT VERY THREATEN.
Had my haircut three days ago, I regularly go there and ask for the same thing, a simple trim. I went there this time and had a simple request, cut the back, and don't touch my bangs or some of the hair in front of my ears. One of the women, Tamyra I believe, cut my hair. After doing the back trim and layers ((which I had to explain)) she asks "what about the front now?" I said "just leave it alone please." She told me no, it would look bad, and decided to trim the front AND MY BANGS. Completely destroyed what I wanted. Otherwise from her, I normally have a very pleasant time there. She made me very disappointed, and I think next time I'll request another stylist.
They did a great job on my & my childs hair. Hit it at the right time. Not busy at all. Nice, friendly & fast.
I should have read the reviews before coming here, A men's haircut should not take less than five minutes if it does it's not worth the $20 they want to charge. They dry cut my hair and did not blow dry it out so now I am covered in hair and have to change again before going to dinner.
