I have had nothing but issues with this place for over 2 years!! The customer service is horrible and they can never get my repairs right at the shop! A year ago I stopped going there all together and went else where. About 6 months ago , I was in the store looking at enhancers and Missy the manager was wonderful so I bought it there. She is the only 1 person is professional and caring to deal with... Well I got a email ( which I believe they should call, but they told me they don't do that anymore because there is to many to call)! So I call on Dec, 28 and ask Sylvia if BOTH my rings were in and she said yes!! So I drove all the way over there and only my enhancer was in... I was mad!! The lady called the repair shop and said it will not be back till Jan, 2!! So today I call and here to find out my other ring was in on Dec, 29!! Said an email was sent, BS... Have been checking daily!! So back to expect my rings AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
