Today I went into the store to get a replacement chain for my great grandmothers necklace. Once I got to the store Jason greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that the chain had been broken while my great grandmother was in the hospital and that she had passed away last night. Jason showed me the options and even cleaned up the charm for me. Sold me a $3300 engagement set. Then I come to get it sized and all of the sudden it's going to cost me $100 to get it resized. Don't you think when I asked numerous times" will the ring get resized for free" they said yea take it to any zales they will send it out....NO THEY WON'T YOU CAN EITHER PAY $300 FOR A SURPRISE SERVICE PLAN OR $100 AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED PAYMENT.
