Rooms and amenities were good. Big suite has full kitchen, which was good for us cooking a dish for a family reunion. So-called accessible room was definitely not! Housekeeping decided they didn't want to clean our room, so they skipped it (did the same to our sisters-in-law). Got extra towels when called to complain.
Great hotel. Booked reservation the day before and when I checked in late at the hotel I was told my room had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Hotel suite was clean, and looked well taken care of. Manager on duty was very pleasant during the checkin process. They serve breakfast which was pretty good with the usual muffins, eggs, sausages, cereal, juice etc. My employer paid for my stay as I was working in Bridgeport but I will be sure to use this hotel again on my next visit.
It was very nice. There was no noise, and the beds were comfortable. They provided breakfast.
Excellent hotel very clean Awesome staff. Rooms are very nice and clean. Love our Suite. This is our second time staying here while traveling to Clarksburg. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip here. Breakfast here is very good. Can't complain about this nice hotel.
We stayed a night on our road trip. The lady checked us in in the evening was very attentive and lovely. The room was spacious, everything was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. We rested very well for our next day drive. The breakfast was sufficient as well with all the typical options. The one thing I didn't give a 5 star is because the day time guy at the front desk was less than professional. He was standing right in front of the TV and watching it when we walked by to the breakfast area, no greetings and not even a glance. When we came down later with our luggage to check out, he heard us and hurried from the public computer area back to the front desk area. He obviously wasn't having his mind on the job. His attitude compared to the night time lady was day and night difference.
