I've been bringing pets here for over 10 years. The doctor I really liked is no longer here, and the front desk staff (and one of the vets) have just gotten more and more unpleasant (rude, actually, like you're bothering them) and disorganized. I don't feel that I've gotten comprehensive care for my pets recently without specifically researching and asking on my own, and things have not been well-explained. I've obviously tried to stick it out, but it's time to move on. (As a side note, I asked for vet recommendations on Facebook, and out of the 30 or so responses I got not one person recommended Audubon. But several people told me they would NOT recommend Audobon. That in itself is pretty telling.)
Our small puppy ingested a toxic dose of acetaminophen, which was a life or death situation. After calling numerous vet offices in the area and being turned away this was the only place that would see us. Our puppy received immediate attention as soon as we walked in the door even though he wasn't a regular patient. Thank you Audubon for having compassion and understanding in our time of need or we may have lost a very loved member of our family!
Prices always seem to be good and cheaper than other vet clinics around. They are very good at fitting me in for my pet appointments and the doctors we see there are usually helpful with what may wrong with our pets. Of course, mileage may vary with which doctor you see here. I'd recommend Dr. Lloyd.
All our livestock on the farm have been seen by the doctor here, they always have a busy office with local dog and cat owners.
Receptionist lied to us telling us they saw parrots when they don't, they are a REGULAR VET, not exotic. Other vets will refer you here for exotics, they arent. Idk on the service itself provided.
