Friendly caring staff. Dr. Tom is exceptional.

I've never had such wonderful service. They go above and beyond for my cats. One of whom is quite difficult. Dr Farrah never, ever gets slightly ruffled by him and always treats him with a calm voice and gentle touch. I trust both Drs implicitly with my fur babies.

Our small puppy ingested a toxic dose of acetaminophen, I frantically googled the closest vet and up pops this joke of a place! Receptionist stated they were booked up and we were turned away! She then told us Fairmont had an emergency clinic but it wasn't open for another 4 hrs and the next closest one would be Cheat Lake which is over an hour drive for us!!! Fortunately, Audubon understood the urgency of the situation and gave us immediate attention which saved our puppies life! Grace Animal Hospital should be ashamed and I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone!

They are the BEST and I will never go to another vet again. They are so kind and just amazing! They saved my Havanese (9 lb dog) after she was attacked by a Great Dane. They were amazing with her and with me until my family got there! I didn't even call before I got there but they took care of her as soon as we got there and did surgery as soon as we got x-rays. They are fantastic and I recommend them to all of my friends!

Great place. Very nice people that seem to genuinely care and they frequently calls to make sure your animal is doing well. Lizard little bit more expensive than your average Veterinary Hospital, but as with anything in life, you get what you pay for. My dog was sick with parvo, I honestly just did not think he was going to make it. They suggested that I admit him so they can take care of him, and three days later just as good as new. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

Dr Farrah and Dr Tom are both wonderful vets. One of my cats had a bad eye problem and I had taken him to my former vet multiple times. Finally I decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! He was misdiagnosed and Drs Tom and Farrah saved his eye!
