Whatever you do, if you order carry out make sure you check to see if all your items are in the bag. You may want to check every item to see if it's correct. Every single time I've ever ordered for carry out, they always forget something. The last time I ordered they forgot all the rolls for 4 salads and did not come with the items on the salad that were supposed to. The time before that it was missing a bowl of chili. I told them on the next order, and they forgot it again. Numerous times they forgot stuff that was supposed to be on the salad. Also when you call, you can barely hear them, because the phone keeps cracking. You may get put on hold for a while while they switch phones. This is been going on for the past month. Maybe I'm just use to the Bob Evans in Fairmont, which has never messed up my order.
Just stopped at this Bob Evans at the Meadowbrook Mall exit on our way to Morgantown. The service was horrible. Upon entering the building there were hostesses and servers wondering about but not a single one paid attention to my family of 4. Finally a manager seated us. We sat at the table for over 15 minutes while servers straightened tables and talked amongst themselves and glanced our way many times yet not a single one took our drink order or greeted us in any way. Even the manager looked our way many times. Finally after realizing we were not going to get any service we left the restaurant. This Bob Evans was not busy at all. I would say only about 6 tables of patrons. There is zero excuse for the horrible lack of customer service at this establishment. We frequent the Bob Evans in Gallipolis weekly and often visit the Ripley, Parkersburg and Marietta establishments. Even during their busiest times we have never had such awful customer service.
