I go there tonight and this place makes big deal over giving my on house food asking for a receipt? Won't give me anything... who saves a fast food receipt? Plus manger took my name and stated next visit on the house to just give them the name. I am not going to sit and argue with lady so I said forget it drove off empty handed.
Great friendly service and quick. The food is amazing too
After waiting 15 minutes with three other parties for what would be my cold cheeseburger and soggy fries, I had to sit and listen to some busta rap music. I'm 100% convinced it's an employee's cousin's mix. The music was awful. I'm not sour about the terrible food or subpar service. But the music! CHRIST. Never coming back until the employees play some real bars. smh.
Interesting experience. I had the delight of watching a little white girl ask her mother what a "nig**" was after hearing it said in a song played by the staff, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
Terrible service messed up my meal. Not first time but first time I complained. I call once at home and Management offers next visit on house takes my name. So my kids want something, Go get shake and blizzard in exchange for my other food being messed up. And for the record my food was unedible tons of mayo after I requested no mayo on my burger and my milkshake was warm and watery. I threw food in garage waste of money.

You have the worst customer service. Allowing off duty workers come back and make their own ice cream and associate is so unsanitary What a horrible experience. We will NEVER be back!
I was going to Dairy Queen multiple times per week. I will never go back to this Dairy Queen. I think I will find a better alternative to my ice cream habit all together. I recommend never visiting this Dairy Queen if you can... also if you want chocolate? Forget about it they out of chocolate ice cream almost every night.
